Project Information
Construction of a single story building additional to the existing park office building at Mine Kill State Park. Work includes renovation and rehabilitation to the existing building, sitework, new CIP concrete foundations, exterior masonry walls, pre-engineered wood trusses, asphalt roof shingle replacement, engineered temporary shoring, new interior partitions, new ceilings, new doors & frames, finish carpentry, painting and specialties. Work to be completed within 240 days while the facility remained operational throughout the construction. Coordination of the work with other primes to avoid conflicts as this was a multi-prime contract type project.
