WHAT IS LEED?

LEED, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is a third-party verification that a building was designed and built using strategies aimed at increasing performance, reducing waste and improving quality of life. The goal of LEED is to provide building owners and operators with an outline for recognizing and executing green building design, construction, operations and maintenance.
