Work consisted of the Exterior Historic Restorations of the Woodside Church in Troy, NY. The bluestone façade had been partially removed and pieces numbered resulting in a life size puzzle of stones to be reset on the structure.
Prior to reapplying the stone we had to remove many other areas too damaged to save the existing stone, therefore we were responsible for finding bluestone that matched the existing stone that was used to build the structure in 1868.
Before resetting any of this we had to provide a sound backup wall. New Slate Roofing, new copings and lots of repointing brought the exterior of The Woodside Church back to life.
