Building and Primary Care Facility. Work consisted of complete architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design with construction of core & shell, all planning and zoning board review and presentations, site development and preparation and core and shell fit out of 18,000 square feet of tenant space. Space included a Physical Therapy wing and therapy pool facility.
Construction consisted of site work including storm water management, storm water systems & sanitary systems including lift station and force main work, parking areas, site lighting, building excavation, asphalt paving and landscaping; concrete work ; masonry work structural steel frame; rough & finish carpentry including cabinetry and millwork; insulated plastic veneer exterior system, composite siding, 60 mil fully adhered class A EPDM roofing system, hollow metal door and frames, finish hardware and aluminum window and store front system; finishes; specialties including toilet partitions and accessories; elevator installation; sprinkler system; plumbing; HVAC and primary and secondary electrical systems.
