Project Information
The project involved the interior renovation of (4) 3 bedroom dormitory units as well as exterior repairs and new sidewalk construction.
Work consisted of selective removals of interior finishes as well as replacement of windows and doors throughout. New finishes including flooring, painting, tile and new millwork throughout all of the units brought these aged units a new life.
They received upgraded fire protection, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. building permits.
After all of the finishes were completed each unit received new furniture to completely upgrade the feeling of the townhouse.
