The VMJR Companies were responsible for the demolition and construction of two laboratories in the Center for Biotechnology and Interdisciplinary Studies Building. This work included the following work items: demolition, new wall construction including drywall and taping, new hollow metal openings new laboratory casework and other laboratory accessories, sheet vinyl flooring with the associated mitigation membrane and selective removals and installation of a new Fire Protection, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems and their associated controls.
