The VMJR Companies performed an in depth repointing and restoration of the Universal Preservation Hall.
The restoration included complete replacement of brick and limestone at areas of complete deterioration. Part of our scope of work included matching the extremely aged brick. To do so we had to mix multiple colors of brick to replicate the non-uniformed existing brick.
Our work also included cleaning and restoring wood at the bell tower and replacement of roofing and deteriorated decking.
