Project Information
Design/Build of 4th Floor Surgical Center and servicing of 3rd floor. This required the complete transition of services, special utilities, equipment and staff into other temporary space and required that it be completed in a window of time severely limited by the growing demand for those services.
To meet these needs, The VMJR Companies, Sweet, Northern Dutchess Hospital and Optimus Architecture utilized their skills, visions, resources and efforts to coordinate the entire relocation of doctors and patient services over a period of six (6) to eight (8) weeks.
