Design/Build a new 15,825sf Subaru Dealership for Capitaland Motors. Complete removal of existing structures and utilities at 47 Saratoga Road, Glenville, NY. Provide and install all earthwork, landscaping, lawn sprinklers, asphalt paving, concrete paving, concrete curbs, new concrete foundations, PEMB, Ground face CMU at car wash, Steel structure at showroom, EPDM roof, Aluminum Storefront, Aluminum panel system, GWB assemblies, painting, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, toilet partitions & accessories, fireplaces, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems as required by performance specifications.
This project required total coordination and communication between the owner, architect, contractor and government to proceed through the design, development and construction process. This relationship was required to complete the project in a timely and most economical fashion.
