Renovations to 55 State Street building in Troy, NY which houses the Troy City Police Departments Central Station Troy City Courts and the Judges Chamber of . The VMJR Companies provided General Construction Services of this multiple phase project. The work included continuous work within occupied spaces while maintaining a completely operational facility. VMJR forces work included hazardous abatement services, selective demolition work, roofing repairs, new fit out including interior partitions, doors , frames & hardware, interior borrowed lites, fireproofing, railings, finish trim, architectural woodwork, misc. specialties, new flooring, new ceilings, painting, bathroom partition, hard tile and new window treatments.
