Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute West Hall - Exterior Restoration: Sweet acting as CM took on this challenging project of exterior historic restoration of West Hall on the RPI campus in cooperation with John G. Waite Architects. This multi-phase project will allocate yearly available funds to restore the building to it’s turn of the century luster.  Currently phase four of the project is in process with phase five & six planned.
