Project Engineer

Position responsibilities include: assisting Project Manager with managing project progress (i.e. processing shop drawings; expediting and purchasing materials; scheduling; working with owner, architects/engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel). Must have 2 years of assistant engineering or related experience. Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills required. Estimating experience a plus. Computer experience required; Expedition, Cadd, and Primavera Scheduling experience a plus. Minimum two-year related degree required; 4 year engineering degree preferred.

Project Manager

Working with owner, architects/engineers and field personnel from conception to completion. Must have 5+ years project management experience. Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills required. Estimating experience a plus. Computer experience required, Expedition experience a plus. Two year degree required, four year degree preferred.

Estimator

Position responsibilities include quantity take-off, subcontractor and supplier solicitation, assisting in assembling estimates for prospective projects. Additional responsibilities may include preparing bids, quotes, pre-bid site visits, etc. Must have 2 years construction estimating experience, 2 year related field degree or 5 year equivalent experience required. Computer experience required; Timberline Precision Estimating experience a plus.

Manager/Estimating

Position responsibilities in addition to those of Chief Estimator include: assignment of quantity take-off divisions, maintenance of estimating schedule, bid preparation, maintenance of bid files/historical data/vendor information, and work with senior management to determine feasibility of new bidding. Must have 10 years construction estimating experience in Heavy Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional work; 4 year related field degree, or 5 year equivalent experience; Computer expertise a must. Timberline Precision Estimating experience a plus.
