When Michael Della Bella of the D'Ella Auto Group wants to expand his dealerships in Queensbury, NY, he calls Adirondack Construction. Over the past ten years, he has called on Adirondack's team of professionals to design and build two of his dealerships.
On both occasions, Adirondack's task was to design and renovate existing pre-engineered metal buildings into full service dealerships with eye-pleasing showrooms, suitable to display the most exciting new automobiles on the market. Each project consisted of site/landscape design, exterior/interior architectural design, structural engineering, and mechanical/electrical design. Adirondack also worked with local officials to obtain the proper zoning variances and permits.
The results were new car dealerships with enticing showrooms, state-of-the-art auto maintenance facilities, customer-friendly sales offices, and esthetically structured floor plans. Both projects were completed with great success, on time and within D'Ella's budget.
